1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by BelfastCab, including all bookings made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking or using the site.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance depending on the service.
  • For corporate accounts, invoices may be issued with agreed payment terms.
  • Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Airport Transfers / Point-to-Point Services:

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup time.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to 50% charge.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Private Tours & Multi-Day Bookings:

  • 50% refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Corporate Account Clients:

  • Cancellations must follow terms outlined in your service-level agreement (SLA).

4. Delays & Wait Time

  • We allow 30 minutes of free waiting time at airports (after flight lands).
  • Other pickups include 15 minutes of free wait time.
  • After this, waiting time may be charged at an hourly rate.

5. Vehicle & Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to behave respectfully during the ride.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will be charged accordingly.
  • No smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances is allowed in any vehicle.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive for punctuality, BelfastCab is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: weather, road closures, traffic, flight delays, or accidents.
  • We are not liable for loss of flights or events due to delays outside our control.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the service paid.

7. Service Area

  • BelfastCab operates across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and (on request) the UK mainland.
  • Cross-border bookings may be subject to additional documentation, lead time, or fees.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal information submitted through our forms or bookings is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share data with third parties except where necessary to fulfill the service.

9. Modifications

BelfastCab reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
